researching your research: a teach-in on demilitarizing your department for earth, planetary, and space scientists
about: The “defense” companies that comprise the military-industrial complex (such as weapons, munitions, and aircraft manufacturers) have deep links to scientific research, especially as grant partners and direct funders in astronomy and physics. Learn how to research these links in your department/lab, and how to work towards divestment. The teach-in will have a broad focus on the US and UK. All discipline backgrounds are welcome.
